"This review was long overdue, we rented at this location in January 2023 and received excellent service from Monse and Esteban. This is also a Budget car rental office. We came without a reservation to do some local exploration and were given the vehicle options available. Upon request, they also recommend places to see and visit on our day trip to Coba. They helped us with suggestions and guided us away from some of the more crowded tourist traps and directed us to a truly beautiful cenote that had almost no one there, which was very close to our destinations, this turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! They also went out of their way and waited for us to get through the heavy construction traffic on the road, which got us back to the site a few minutes after it had closed.
