To receive an invoice for your Payless car rental, please complete the following form and our team will provide you with your invoice as soon as possible.
Through this platform we are able to generate invoices only for rentals made with Payless within the Mexican Republic.
Because we want to serve you better, we invite you to request your invoice at the time of closing your contract or within 3 days thereafter. After this period, it will not be possible to make the invoice.

Clarifications and corrections
- The invoice will be made with the data provided by the customer at the opening of the contract, in case of needing any correction or cancellation in the invoice, it may be requested, as long as it is still within the month of payment or within 3 days of the following month.
- Under no circumstances will invoices be issued for an amount greater than the amount consumed.
